Hello Pretty is a platform for independent South African designers to sell online, so your order is directly with the designer, we don't actually produce or ship any items ourselves. Typically designers on Hello Pretty are very responsive to emails and keep their customers in the loop regarding the status of their orders. Occasionally this isn't the case though, and when that happens, we're happy to help you track things down and get a status update.
